Pastor Steve has been in full time pastoral ministry since 1999, serving churches in Michigan, Indiana, and Minnesota. A graduate of North Central University in Minneapolis, Pastor Steve has served as the lead Pastor of Bridgeview Church since July of 2014. 

Pastor Steve and his wife Lisa have been married since June of 2004. They have two daughters with lots of energy, Makayla and Emelia. Pastor Steve enjoys a good cup of coffee, spending time with his family, taking walks, golfing, cheering on the Twins and Vikings, and working in the garage.

Pastor Jeremy has been in fulltime ministry in a variety of roles and settings since 1998, from pastoral roles, as a Bible professor, and a director of internship programs. Jeremy began as Executive Pastor at Bridgeview Church in January of 2025. Father to 6 children and married to the love of his life~ Jess.

Wendy has been serving in kids ministry at BVC since 2018. She has a passion to teach kids in a fun and safe environment that makes them excited to know God’s word! Wendy has volunteered in kids ministry for most of her life and has gained bountiful experience working on staff at previous churches.

Wendy has been married to her husband, Ben, since 2002 and they have 5 kids: Ethan, Emma, Dani, Jacob and Elsie. Wendy loves to play volleyball, board games, spending time at their cabin, riding atv’s, swimming, bonfires and entertaining guests.

Pastor Sterling has served on the pastoral staff at Bridgeview since December 2019. Pastor Sterling is a graduate of Heartland Masters Commission, where he studied Children’s Ministry and Technology in the Church.

Sterling married his beautiful wife Brittney in early 2018 and were blessed with 3 wonderful children. He is an avid lover of nature and has a goal to visit every national park in the United States. He is a fan of trivia and will not turn down an invitation to play board games.

Pastor Heidi has served on the pastoral staff at Bridgeview since November 2021. She is a graduate of both Anoka-Ramsey Community College with an associate’s of fine arts degree in Music and Metropolitan State University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.

Pastor Heidi has been leading worship in churches around the state in various capacities since 2010. Prior to Bridgeview, she served as the worship pastor at a church in Blaine. Her heart is to lead congregations in Biblical worship and pour into the next generation of worship leaders by working with teens and kids.

Pastor Heidi enjoys spending her free time song-writing, drinking coffee, watching sports (go Vikings!) or true crime series, and spending time with friends and family.

Pastor Brandon has served on the pastoral staff at Bridgeview since August 2023. After graduating from North Central University in 2021, he and his amazing wife, Ella, began their ministry journey serving as Youth Pastors.
Pastor Brandon and Ella currently have one daughter. Their family enjoys exploring new parks and hiking trails, watching student’s sports, finding new restaurants (especially Italian), and watching their silly daughter laugh! 

Randy Horn is joining us for this season to oversee our Wednesday Nights and Connect Groups. He has a passion for seeing people connect, whether it's in a group or through activities in our comunity. 

Randy is married to the love of his life, Julie, and is enjoying this season of being grandpa to his grandkids.

Pastor Brian has served on the pastoral staff at Bridgeview since 2022. Brian is a graduate from the University of Phoenix in Business Management. He has completed all his required pastoral courses from Berean School of the Bible of Global University and is licensed for ministry through the Assemblies of God.

Pastor Brian and his wife Allison have been married since March of 2012. They have three daughters, Keagan, Ellie, and Jedi who bring them great joy! Pastor Brian loves watching all types of sport, eating all types of food, spending time with his family, training mixed martial arts, and competing in Track and Field with the USA Masters Track and Field throwing team. Brian has served 21 years in the United States Air Force and has severed several overseas tours.

Pastor Sherelyn Chellin is our Deaf Ministry pastor. She leads our Deaf Connect Group on Wednesday Nights and our Deaf Service on Sunday mornings at 10:45 a.m. in the Youth Center. She loves raising chickens and ducks, four-wheeling with her husband, and spending time with her family. 

Lisa has served on staff since 2014. With a business degree from Rochester College, Lisa loves all things office related. When she is not in the office, she loves to go for walks, travel, try new restaurants, gardening and canning, and drawing. She loves bonfires with her friends and family especially in the fall. She also loves Christmas!

Delite Hagedon has been with us since 2018. Delite manages all things office related and organizes several of our serving teams. Married to Rob, she has two children, Estella and Eli, who keep life fun. She loves camping, walking, bike riding, scrapbooking and hanging out with friends.

Keri Erickson is our Office Finance Administrator. Keri loves to take part in service projects, mission trips, helping out in the community and spending time with her family.
